Imagine a program that combines the abilities of your home phone, AOL Instant Messenger, Video Messaging and Online Radio…and its all free! This program is Skype. Skype was first beta released in 2003 , in 2005 it came under the umbrella of eBay and now has headquarters all over the world; along with over 100 million users world wide. With its ability for the user to start live massive conference calls with Skypcast, which act more like radio shows, with the twist of being non commercially controlled, this is definitely the program for DIYers with an open mind and something to say.
