Radiohead for Haiti
We’re doing a show this Sunday (24th January) to raise funds for the relief effort in Haiti. The venue is The Music Box Theatre at The Fonda in Los Angeles, doors at 7pm. All proceeds are going to the Oxfam Haiti relief fund. We’re trying to raise as much money as possible, so tickets will be sold by auction at this site from 8pm tonight until 11am Saturday (PST):

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (commonly known as Coachella or Coachella Festival) is a three-day (formerly a one or two-day) annual music and arts festival organized by Goldenvoice held at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, California. Ratatat live in Hong Kong

Everyone should go see them if they have a chance, their music is better live. You really need the sound system to appreciate it.

Here is a short bio and some of their music:

Cooler than cool, RATATAT have released three highly acclaimed dance floor friendly albums and two remix LPs (including tracks for Bjork and Jay-Z amongst others.) What’s more, as anyone who’s seen them live will attest – they rule! and have been handpicked by everyone from Daft Punk, Mogwai, The Killers, Interpol and !!! as their touring mates. Ratatat was signed by live nation have played major festival such as Coachella and currently on a world wide tour traveling from Europe to Asia. According to Kid Cudi’s blog, he is planning to work on a collaboration album with Ratatat in the future.
